If you didn’t notice, some people are suffering from Mental Health, it’s not good to have mental problems because it could sometimes lead to depression; Depression is a common and SERIOUSE illness that negatively affects how you feel. People with Mental Health problems don’t know what to do, If I were them, I would probably get help from a friend, parents or a therapist. They could probably help with your problems if you told them what’s wrong.
Physical Health is different from Mental Health, Physical Health can be defined as the normal functioning of the body. It also represents one dimension of total well-being, it’s about how your body grows, feels and moves, how you care for it, and what you put into it.
Mental and Physical Health are equally important components of overall health. For example, depression increases the risk for many types of physical health problems, particularly long-lasting conditions like diabetes, heart diseases, and strokes.
