Palmer High School Terrors beat the Doherty Spartans after a 10-year drought.
In a display of wonderful games showing teamwork, Palmer High School beat Doherty High School. Both teams showcased not just skills but also determination. The game was very electric with both teams’ fans yelling cheers and showing their school spirit making it a memorable event for both teams.
From the beginning of the game, it was clear that Palmer was prepared to beat Doherty. The players executed their plays and played strong defense. Doherty was still putting up a fight, and they still used teamwork.
Tne standout moment was Palmer’s star players like J’twane Mike, Ayden Yunker, Emmanuel Gonzalez, and Zavion Hunter. J’Twane scored 30 points, half of Palmer’s points, Ayden with 12, Emmanuel with 11, and Zavion with 5 with the final score coming out to 62-58.
Doherty player Elijah Mack scored 32; he put up a perfect fight. But as the final whistle blew Palmer emerged victorious much to the delight of their fans the score not only marked a significant win for the team but also fostered a sense of pride among Palmer students.
